Problem installing XBCD drivers

Problem installing XBCD drivers

im trying to install my xbox 360 controller using the xbcd drivers but cant get it to work.

i have the software installed and i go to device manager>update driver>no not at this time>install from a list or specific location>don't search, i will choose, and then the xbcd drivers should be in the list there.

just like this, and its step 12 im having trouble with

the only driver in the list is "Xbox 360 controller for windows"

the reason i need these drivers is because i need the triggers to be digital button not axis, as far as i can see you cant change that in the Microsoft drivers

ive had these drivers installed before, i dont know why they are giving me such grief this time

any ideas would be appreciated
