Mouse / Matte / Dirt

I have an optical mouse & a matte for an optical mouse. The thing is that the mouse bottom ( pads ) gets really dirty & it happens really often. As a result its really hard to move the mouse around & the precision worsens also. Are there any special mouses or mattes that do not collect any dirt? or any super smooth mattes?
