Microphone problem using ac97 soundcard
For some reason the only noise that comes out of my mic is a loud buzzing sound, i have updated the driver for my sound card ( AC97 ) and i checked to make sure that i have the mic volume up, yet muted, and everything is set to play off of my realtek ac97 sound card...yet all music files play smoothly and nothing is ever distorted when im hearing things, just when i talk, i have tryed two seperate mics and i am at a stand still with absolutely nothing to go on..
Any ideas?
