Laptop keyboard strange behaviorrr!

Hi everybody, this might sound strange or ...stupid! :-) Something happened with the keyboard of my laptop and the half right keys act like numbers,not letters.I am not sure if I pressed any combination of keys (certainly by mistake) or if sth else happened (maybe the aliens changed the places of the keys while I was not watching).Could someone help me with this very serious problem pleaseeee?It is the laptop that I work with in my working place and I can't tell exactly now which keys act strangely but if sm gives me some attention I will avec pleasure tell them which are these keys.Thank you in advance for your time.

Has any liquids been spilled onto the laptop at all or has it been in a place of high humidity? It doesn't sound like anything that you could have caused. Has it been taken from a cold place to a hot place and switched on immediately? I'm guessing that this is could be a short circuit within the keyboard due to moisture.

It was a 'NumLock' issue, I pressed the 'Fn + Num lk' and everything is back to normal again, thank for your time and your reply!
