Dodgey computer monitor display in game?
I just found an old game for the PC so I installed it and tried to play it. When I went to play it the screen was all distorted and totally unplayable (I would show a pic but the forum won't let me because I'm a new user).

in many cases, older games are limited to a very low resolution like 640x480, 800x600 or 1024x768... and if you have a newer widescreen it will be distorted... even a larger non-widescreen monitor will appear distorted... you can try to right click the link/executable and have it display in a window...this may be your only option for it to look proper.
