Can Someone Recommend a PC Gamepad?

I've gone through several cheap gamepads that have broken pretty quickly, and this time I've decided to go for one with some decent quality, however, It's difficult to find one that fits the criteria I'm looking for since you can't really test them while they're still in the box. Could someone recommend a PC gamepad that has these features?

1. A decent D-Pad. The D-Pads I've used thus far seem to only have resistance for the four cardinal directions. This means that if you push down left, it'll slide freely to upper left and lower left. This makes it very difficult to do Shoryukens in fighting games. I'd like a gamepad that either has resistance for all 8 directions, or is arranged such that this "sliding" doesn't happen.

2. A Good Analog Stick. I'd like to use this gamepad to play Bullet Hell games (search for "Touhou Extra Clear" on youtube if you're not familiar), which means I'll need to be able to make lots of small precise movements. I've found that the analog sticks I've used before tend to wobble around a bit before they meet resistance and their movement is registered. (This might just be normal wear and tear, but I'd like to minimize it) This makes it hard to tell where the threshold of my movement being registered is. Furthermore, I've found that if I tried to "flick" the analog stick I used before in order to make a small movement, it would recoil back in the other direction causing my character to move back to the spot they were before instead of moving. This was not good.

3. Buttons that don't "stick". This is probably just because I was using a cheap gamepad, but the buttons would often stay down for a bit after I let up on them, making things hard to control.

4. Quality. I'd like it to last a tad longer than my previous ones.

I'd prefer a wired controller. I'd rather not bother with charging a wireless controller.

Can anyone recommend a gamepad that meets these criteria?

I own two of these and I've had them for a good amount of time. No problems whatsoever and lots of games have preset configurations for it.
