APC Backup wall wiring fault

Hi guys on the back of my ups i notice the red light which indicates wall wiring fault on and i dont know if the problem is with the wiring of the house....i notice my computer keeps shutting down randomly....could you guys tell me what might be the problem...and i tried other outlets and i get the same problem...

try adjusting the sensitivity on your APC unit. This will give it better tolerance to voltage fluctuation. The manual should tell you how to do it. Basically, hook the USB cable up and use their software, pretty easy.
