PC Problem

Hi, I have built a couple of PC's so kind of know what I'm doing..but have a problem with one that started blue screening a lot. Now turning it on i dont get anything on the screen and the keyboard and mouse do not light up.
I have taken the hard drive out and eventhe cpu fan off the cpu and the graphics card and am using the on-board vga, there is a single memory stick in there. Still have the problem, does it sound like the motherboard has packed up ?
I'm not sure I could do much more else to troubleshoot it as I just can't get the screen on - i did swap the screen and still the same.
Thanks for any help.

Based on my experience if blue screen happen in your monitor, some advice that you can follow :

1. remove the memory and clean the RAM pin use pencil rubber and plug again
2. remove the processor and clean by air spray, especially in processor fan
3. try to replace with new hard disk
4. replace with the VGA with another ones.

Above hardware most cause your computer blue screen. Try one by one. Hope this tips can help you.

Try to remove the Processor and renew the paste on the back side of your Processor's cover because sometime your Processor is not placed on correct slot and you may face this problems ..This is also correct to remove the memory in other solt and also grpahic card in other one but i think you shoud try to do this to replace the processor just for one time i pretty sure about this...

You cannot run the machine wiothout the cpu heatsink attached, if you did you may have damaged the CPU.
