No delay Tv Card

I successfully connected my xbox 360 thrugh my tv card and everything seemed fine. Though it is on a 2 second delay(not fine). So I did some googling and apparently because it is decoded in mpeg2 that it has a delay. On one specific forum some one said there are "basic, non-hardware MPEG2" cards that are actually cheaper and stream video in raw format. Does anyone know where to get one of these or have another idea?
