New PC - Please advise

Hey guys! It's the first time I post in this forum.
I am out in the market for a gaming PC. I want a PC able to run easily the latest demanding games and also be able to run the ones to come in the next few years.
The best package I found consists of:

CPU: INTEL CORE I7-950 3.06 GHZ LGA1366 - BOX
Monitor: LG W2243S-PF 22'' TFT PIANO BLACK
Hard drive1: HITACHI 1TB DESKSTAR 7K1000.C HDS721010CLA332 SATA2
Hard drive2: KINGSTON SV100S2D/64G SSDNOW V100 64GB DESKTOP BUNDLE
RAM: KINGSTON KHX1600C9D3K3/6GX DDR3 6GB (3X2GB) PC12800 1600MHZ HYPERX GENESIS TRIPLE CHANNEL KIT
Graphics card: PNY NVIDIA QUADRO 2000 1GB PCI-E RETAIL
Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH X58 RETAIL
Soundcard: Realtek 8110SC Gigabit LAN controller featuring AI NET2.
Optical drive: SONY OPTIARC AD-5260S DVD-RW BLACK BULK
CASES: ASUS VENTO TA-M21 BLACK
Power supply: LC-POWER LC6600GP2 V2.3 600W SILENT GIANT GREEN POWER
Keyboard: MICROSOFT DIGITAL MEDIA KEYBOARD 3000 GR OEM
Mouse: MICROSOFT OPTICAL MOUSE 200 BLACK OEM
with Microsoft Security Essentials and Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64bit

The whole package costs 1600 Euros (sorry I leave in Greece).
How does that look to you?
I was thinking of calling them and making some changes if possible.
Change the RAM from 6GB to 12GB. (I worry though if Kingston is good)
Change the Graphic card from Nvidia quadro 2000 1GB to Sapphire radeon hd6970 2GB vietname game edition

Lastly I am worried about the cpu so I was thinking of changing it from the I7-950 to INTEL CORE I7-2600K 3.40 GHZ
The I7-960 is rather expensive and some sites say that the 2600k is better anyways.

Sorry for the length of the post. Any advise would be appreciated guys.

According to configuration, demand price is high to me. You may compare with Dell gaming Laptop for assess price.
