Computer shutting down take 2

I was having problems with my computer shutting down when under heavy CPU load.
It was suggested that I redo the thermal paste on the CPU.
That seemed to work, but last night it happened again.
I was running 2 programs that was using the CPU at 100%.
I have attached the system log snapshot of the time it happened.
The time it happened is highlighted.
Any ideas?

just post the image to imageshack.us or flikr.com and then just post the link without the url tags, we are smart and can pick it up :P

in the mean time whats the process thats running? this can be a great clue into what is causing the slowdown.

the only time ive seen it take up to 3-5 minutes is when svhost.exe and rundll32.exe have 100% (or 50% each if dual core cpu) and the shutdown wont process because the system is already doing something.

have you made any system changes recently? hardware or software?
