Zerotherm hurricane hc92 cu question

Hey everybody,

So I recently got a zerotherm hurricane hc92 cu cooler for my evga 8800gt and for some reason, the fan controller refuses to work(I've had zerotherm send me another one already). The fan simply does not start up as if no power is going through the wires. So my question is, is there any other way to control the fan using third party applications like rivatuner? Thanks
