For a start, find out which fan the noise is coming from. Secondly, make sure that the fan is clean. I have found than cleaning the fans in my computer can make them quite a bit quieter.

If you do decide to purchase a new fan, you should get one with ball bearings. It will last longer and stay quieter

Well, I was gunna say one word... Zalman, but I can't seem to find and coolers they make for the Xeons. Check here for starters; that's all the Xeon coolers that newegg has to offer, but I'm sure there's tons more.
