Arctic silver. Will it go off?

I've had this big tube of the stuff for 3 years now just lieing around.

I know this question isn't the brightest one out there. but can it go off?

I don't think it can "go off" as such... it may be dried out a bit, but with any luck only the little plug of stuff in the end of the tube will have dried up, sealing the rest in vacuumous gooness.

there's nothing in there that'll decal over time (well... time being relative to our lifetimes anyway, eventually the atoms would split apart, but it'll be long after we're gone).
