Also see if you can find a copy of Avast BArt as this does do the exact same thing but then again it is a pay for use program and l dont know if it could work but you might as well try it.
3rdly linux live disc anyone? That could also get rid of the virus as you can install a av program that way and then run it scanning the windows side of things as well
