Vista - Windows Vista and Control Panel issue
Hello,
My daughter's Toshiba Satellite A 200-1C5 Notebook, Windows Vista Home Premium o.s. has got this problem: if you try to open the Control Panel you obtain a blank page that immediately disappears. I thought it were possible to fix it installing the Vista Service Pack 1, but after its installation this prblem remains as before. I'll be grateful to you if you give me some advice to solve this problem. Best Regards

i had this same problem once w/ my desktop. i simply had to reinstall vista and it worked fine after that. a googled for a little while and some people said bad drivers caused the same thing. maybe try updating your drivers for everything--printers, ipods, chipset, video, etc.
