Question Unable to run %systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe

Every time i try to run this i get an error and the it tries to send an error report to m$. i installed xp pro on a machine that had w2k on it. I am now getting the three days to be activated as well. This has never worked for me and I am not sure what to do. All help is appreciated.

I dunno the specifics of the problem, but I know not doing a fresh install is always a bad thing...
