MS Devcon Utility

Hi all,

I've used MS "devcon.exe" (commandline Device Manager) in WinXP for many years. My new PC however came with Win7 x64 and the devcon.exe that I have (both x86 and x64) no longer works.

The only version of devcon.exe that works in Win7 x64 is the one that comes with Microsoft Windows Driver Kit (WDK) Version 7.1.0, but I only have a 56K dial-up connection, so to download the WDK (700 MB) will take me forever [*sigh*]

I'll really appreciate it if someone could post the new version of devcon.exe (x86 and x64) here please. It's just a few KB is size.

Thank you very much.

PS: The "devcon.exe" that is directly downloadable from the MS website is the old version.
