ok i am running xp 32 bit and if i leave my pc on for even 15 min it completely freezes up can somebody tell me why i scan for infections every day with zonealarm defrag everyday with perfect disk but to no avail it only freezes up if i'm not doing anything on it just recently i have been getting the the pysical memery dump bsod need help but dont want 2 reinstall windows

This could be indicative of failing RAM or even a failing hard drive. When your computer idles it attempts to go into Hibernation mode. The current system state is written to disk and the system enters a low-power state. When the computer returns from Hibernation, it reads the disk and recreates the computer state. Failing hardware can cause problems during any of these steps.
You could try disabling power saving or using a different power saving mode. Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > Power Options
