Question Unknown video card problem...?!?

I have some nVidia card with a TV out. I don't think the specific model is too relevant to my problem.

I seldomly move my computer to my living room, connect it to my TV, wait for the windows sound to know it loaded, and then push CTRL+P which is the shortcut I defined in the nvidia toolbar to switch between modes (to TV mode).
Then I usually see the computer on the TV screen.

I did this today, and it didn't work. I went back to my room and hooked up my computer up to my regular computer screen. Now my computer loads, and i even hear the windows loading sounds, but I don't see anything on the screen. Not through the TV out and not throough my computer moniter.

I opened my computer and saw that the video card cooling fan was filled with dust so i cleaned it, and when i turned the computer on I realized that the fan wasn't moving...

Is it possible that the video card isn't working at all and my computer will still load, or is it another problem that i might be able to fix some other how...???

Thanks in Advance,
gill914

Make sure the card is securely seated in the port, and that the video power line is connected.
