Need max resolution of Nvidia Riva TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro

Hi,
My graphics card details are as follows:
Name : NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro
Adapter RAM : 16MB

I want to know the procedure to find the maximum resolution possible for this specification. I am planning to buy an lcd monitor. But I am not sure whether I will be able to make the maximum use of it since my system and graphics card were purchased way back in 2002. Also, will my graphics card suit widescreen lcd displays? Need the above clarifications. Thanks in advance.
