Geforce 7150m can it....

I was wondering if the Geforce Go 7150m supports dual displays. I went along assuming it did because of the tv out options there is on my laptop(and according to the HP website) so i purchased an s-video to RCA cable to connect to my tv.(older tv without s-video). sound came out no problem cause thats a simple plug in and go. My problem is that my laptop will not let me change the display options to having 2 displays and to extend the desktop or clone it in either Nvidia control center or in windows display options.
Any help would be appreciated and if you need more info just let me know.
