A video card better than the Geforce gx2 for around $150?

my gx2 died on me and my dad will be at a tigerdirect store tomorrow to pick up a new one. I need some advice on if I can get a card better than my old gx2 for around this price. I'd like to stay with Nvidia since my motherboard is Nvidia.

I was looking at the 460 1gb or the 560 (not ti)...I dont know which one to get. or if you have a better suggestion please share. I need any and all advice. Thanks!
