I want some info for creating a .bat file in order to reconnect my router (speedtouch 585v6) bypassing its menu.

im not sure but your probably better to have a script written in WSH, have it ping a site, then on whether a success or failure it could open the software and click the connect button for you... just a suggestion, you would have to learn how to do it yourself... or ask nilpo politely if he could help
