Probably Wrong

Ok here is the problem, we have a server that we connect through at work in another location via a remote desktop, There are files on this server that I put there onsite yesterday Now i am trying to figure out how to copy them to the client end ie were im at today i can see the files but have no idea how to move them from the remote desktop to the the user desktop
