Printing through hp color laserjet 3600n through wifi from mac

Hello
I have this doubt.
I have a HP color laserjet 3600n. It works fine in Windows XP with WIFI.
The printer is recognized also in MAC. The problem is that whenever I try to print anything with a MAC computer using the wifi connection, then MAC will show that the job is pending in the printer but the printer will not print that job.

Does anyone know how to solve this?
