Office to office VPN/WAN

I'm not too savvy with networking, but I know enough to hopefully do this painlessly.

So what I'm trying to accomplish is connect to offices (less than 10 machines on each end) via a VPN. Both have business grade ISPs with static IPs assigned to each.

Would I need to setup a VPN, server such as OpenVPN, and just configure the router on the opposite end to connect to said VPN?

Are there any routers out there that make think as easy as possible? Such as a router that has a VPN server built in that requires minimal configuring?

Thanks!

There are Cisco products out there that you can get that have minimal VPN technologies built in. One product that comes to mind is the Cisco ASA firewall. You can get the lower-end ASA for a few hundred bucks, have all your security rolled into one. Probably your best bet over all IMHO.
