Looking to make my webcam wireless
I have a webcam that has its own IP address. I can connect this to my network without issue and can broadcast it online.
I have cable linked to my Linksys router. I have a SMC router where I disabled the DHCP and now have that connected to the Linksys. I can attached the camera to port 1 and then port 2 on SMC to a port on the Linksys and still transmit to the web.
However, heres what I want to do and want to know where I am falling down. I seem to "need" the cable from SMC to the Linksys. I want to be able to transmit from the SMC to the Linksys wirelessly so I could technically move the camera around the house and set it up to transmit. In other words a somewhat clunky wireless transmitter. Am I on the right or wrong track here?
