An easy-to-use program for ISO burning (whether it be DVD's or CD's) is called Final Burner, which can be found at: http://protectedsoft.com/download.php. Be sure to download the Free edition (9MB). It's fairly straight forward to use.

As far as I know, Nero can burn ISO to dvd directly. For general burning softwares, you need first use a virtual software such as daemon tools to create a virtual dvd dirve, then load the ISO file to the virtual dvd dirve, then use burning software such as "ideal dvd copy" to choose the virtual dvd drive and you should burn it to blank disc. You also can refer to help document of burning softwares to learn detailed guides.
