Can anybody find me these Drivers?
OK I know awhile ago I had a thread similiar to this one but its different now. It about the "Norwood Micro PCI TV Tuner Card with Wireless Remote" SKU= 333088. Before when I installed the program, it wouldnt let me because it said I had to have XP and up....and I just wiped my hard drive and reinstalled Windows 2000 and now it let me install it. Norwood says that its compatible with Windows 2000 so I dont know what happened the first time. So anyways now ive installed it but it says it cant find the Hardware when I try to launch it. But my computer finds the Hardware and has that popup. Is it because I dont have the right drivers? Or is it because of something else?

You can try to use it with DScaler : link
DScaler is by far the best TV viewing program and it does need installed driver, it use their own drivers.
You card is using SAA7133 decoding chip and it is likely that it is supported by DScaler. If you card is not listed you can try with other card with the same chip, chances are that this will work.

ok im really sorry I havent replied in so long but ive been caught up in stuff. I couldn't really figure out the DScaler, call me a noob. I went and got the new drivers from CompUSA website and it worked perfectly but now when I open it, it freaks out on me. It starts switching between full screen and the normal window and I noticed it also switches between recording and composite and it just starts switching faster and faster until the computer makes a loud POP and shuts off without warning. Im fast enough with the mouse that now I can hurry and click exit but its really difficult when it keeps switching. Whats the problem? Ive been reading in some places about how people saying the hardware for this product is pretty good but the software is pure garbage. I agree. So does anyone know of any other software? Im going to keep trying some stuff with that DScaler.

I doubt that this "switching issue" is becuse of drivers. It is more likely that TV viewing software application is problematic. Try with some other program, for example "Media Portal", ChrisTV, or something like that (google for them) if you fail with DScaler.
