Well, if you want to take the gentle path to upgrading, get yourself an Asrock 775Dual VSTA. It will take your old ram and video card but has slots for DDR2 and PCI-E when you can afford to buy them. Ultimately you'll want a better board eventually but like I said, it's a painless way to upgrade.
