Motherboard timer
I got a beep code, 4 short beeps, from my motherboard (MSI K9N Neo-F) saying there's a bad timer. Is there any way to fix it, or will I have to RMA it?

I guess "timer" is the clock? Or the physical crystal? Either way, there isn't much you can do about that except RMA it.
It could also be a RAM problem, though, according to this site, which would be a lot easier to fix. Just swap around sticks until it works.. |

thanks, i already got an RMA # and just wanted to make sure there was nothing I could do before I sent it it. I already tried switching around the RAM, tried both sticks in all the slots but still didnt work
