Harddisk Freezes on ASUS P5QL and other boards

Hello,
please help, I'm desperate. My computer freezes regularily, and when turned on again it doesn't recognize the harddisk until I plug it into a different SATA socket. I have replaced everything on my computer including harddisk, power supply, RAM, graphic card and even the SATA cables.
I have tried 3 different motherboards (two P35 and this) always with the same problem. The only thing I didn't change was my processor (Inted Core Duo E6750).

Does someone else have this problem?

Hard disk, graphic card and RAM work fine on another (AMD) system.
