call the 1920's government to get there asses moving on the cheap practices of Dell Corp.
If the PC is NOT yours...
idea #3:
flash the BIOS to unlock everything that's locked (yes, i've heard of people cracking DELL BIOS's.)
anyone else every owned a dell? mine always die within two years of the purchase date. i've owned three. all three have needed "major repairs to the mainboard" as instructed by their dumbass "Tech Support". shaw.
