I wouldn't do business with them.
Their e-mail looks pretty auto-generated even if it matches your descriptions. It's a facade. Any half-decent script can generate a mail that matches the input specifications and predicts the amount of sum they'd be willing to pay based on the specifications. Or even if some barely awake, sleepy, employee is sitting in front of a computer sipping his morning coffee and feeling frustrated on life types in manually the amount they would pay for your laptop - I still wouldn't do business with them.
Additionally, the reply from the tech guy is filled with caps. I mean, he has only replied in capital letters. That screws up any sign of professionalism that the auto-generated email might have been conveying (assumption). Also, there's a mistake... a misstyped space before the dot that should be after it.
All in all, I would definitely not do business with a company like this. They already have two totally negative (1/5) reviews from the site that my fellow buddy Tejas posted earlier. Ultimately, it is up to you, of course, but if their customer service is indeed really worse/bad (as those reviews say/claim), then you are going to create lots of frustration.
Make the wise decision. Ask around. And try to find a local techy or somebody that fixes laptops, or even attempt to sell it yourself. I wouldn't rely on a "no-name" company like this and send them my laptop prior having at least half of the amount received. They simply do not exude professionalism and their reputation helps neither. Say, if it was a popular company like IBM, I would definitely trust them. Or else...
That's just my opinion. But be careful.
