Inspiron 8600 not booting

heres the thing.. the laptop doesnt have a hard drive.... not sure if that has anything to do with it not loading any kind of bios screen...or lighting the screen up...???

i push the power button and all 3 lights stay on and then turn off.... now i keep doing this with no luck...

if you hold down the Fn button and push the power button at the same time the 3rd light to the right blinks and then shuts off...

now with that being said... i sometimes turn it on and get the "flashing colors" screens... red, green, blue, black, white and they keep flashing....

also when you hold down Prnt Scrn/ SysRq (to the left of Num Lk) the screen doesnt light up but the fan starts to spin fast (which never happens unless i push that button..) and nothing happens.... so i need some help... i got this from a friend and he told me it was broken and that maybe i can fix it.... now its just up to you guys to help me!!!

also i took the entire laptop apart and tried it and got noting and also took it apart to find the Cmos battery which has a little door that you cant see right next to the main battery... so i took the cmos battery out to see if i could flash it or something and nothing....

oh... also after just thinking about the processor.... i took it out and tried to boot it up and it is acting the exact same without it as it did with it in... so idk if that means that the cpu is dead or its just not workin due to bad bios or something????????

Could be just about anything. I would suggest checking the connection between the LCD and the motherboard. Other then that it's going to become expensive to fix, you're looking at either new mobo or graphics cards

i dont believe its the screen... i am almost certain that its the cpu or the motherboard... i am just about done with this damn laptop... i have taken the entire thing apart like 3 times trying different things and nothing is working... so i will sell the laptop as a whole or part it off... i know the screen is uxga because i looked up the service tag...so... if anyone wants stuff off it then let me know...
