Should I remove the 1600mhz bottlenecker on 2000mhz ?

I have 2x 2000mhz corsair XMS ram and one kingston 1600mhz 2GB ram

Should I just remove the 1600mhz ram to stop the bottleneck or just clock all my ram at 1600mhz?
