Question about Ram Clock

I am using the MSi 790X-g45 motherboard and for the ram is Corsair Dominator 1600Mhz DDr3 (8gb total). Now the motherboard initially setts it for 667mhz dual channel which is 1333, I had to set the ratio in Bios to 1:4 to enable it to 1600mhz or 800 dual channel.

My clocks are way off in bios compared to the sticks themselves. Bios reads 9-11-11-24 and the RAM sticks are set to 9-9-24. How do I achieve getting the BIOS clocks close as possible to 9-9-9-24? The voltage reads 1.65v as of now, I need to know what settings to put in for the 9-9-9-24.

TCL?
TCRD?
TRP?
TRAS?

Any help would be greatful. The auto feature is what is giving the 9-11-11-29 on there.
