Is that bad? Surprisingly this laptop has out performed any desktop I've previously owned. Vista sucked at first but after disabling the UAC and a few other things it's run quite smoothly for me. However 1Gig of RAM is not enough to run what I need and I'm having to rely on the page file far more than I should need to which really slows things down.

It's only bad when compared to, say, 800 MHz FSB or such. Is that your current FSB, or max? It could be your current FSB is limited by the processor, and the max is higher.
2 Questions: ON cpuZ under the processor tab it has "Bus Speed = 133Mhz" and then "Rated FSB = 533Mhz" What's the difference between the two?
Since my FSB is only running at 533MHz Should I just purchase DDR2 533 (PC4200) Instead of DDR2 667 (PC5300)? It probably doesn't matter because the 667 can run at 533 correct?

difference between the two is that 533mhz = 4x 133mhz, basically fsb is quad pumped so effectively, FSB = 533mhz.
Yes, you can buy 533mhz ram isntead of 667, but there is no point since 667mhz is jsut about the same price, if not cheaper, since demand is higher.
