Is this RAM compatible with my motherboard?

Currently i have a Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R with Corsair XMS3 DDR3-12800C9 (1600Mhz) 3 x (2gb).

Will this RAM...

4Gb DDR3-10600R (1333Mhz) be compatible with my motherboard?

Also with the decrease speed (1600 -> 1333) be noticeable even with more memory?

Cheers for any help

The motherboard has information in its documentation about what memory it can use. Most sites you buy motherboards from also say what it can use as well. The biggest things to be concerned with are the speed and the type of memory needed. Speed is written one of two ways. Either as DDRx xxx or as PC xxxx. The xs are whatever number as needed. They aren't limited to that number of numbers. Those are just examples. Each speed of memory has a DDR and PC number. Type is the number of pins it has and the well type (DDR SDRAM, DDR2 SDRAM, etc.).
