Increasing my DDR2 ram

I have DDR2 2x2GB Adata Vitesta Extreme Edition 800+ MHz, 4-4-4-12 2T.
I want to make it double(8GB) but cant find such ram any more. Can I add 2x2GB with cas5? Will I be able to adjust it to Adata's timings?
