How to find out how many Megaherz a RAM module has?
Hello, a friend wants my 256MB Crucial RAM and needs it to be 100 or 130 Megaherz. I don't know it and the label of my RAM doesn't say this, and wonder whether a kind soul could let me know how to find this out so I can tell him? I just bought a new computer and got rid of it, so this RAM module is not inside of a computer any more.
It's made in Singapore and in case you need to know what's on the label:
CRUCIAL.
CT32M64S4D75.16LTGY
256MB 168-PIN DIMM 32NX64 DRAM
BP1138Y.2K (or BP113 9Y.2K or, could be another letter instead of Y, not clear)
SINGAPORE 20 1002 MT
(A 2nd label probably from Singapore has another bunch of numbers/letters...)
If someone could tell me how I can find out I'll be most grateful.
Thanks ever so much! Adela
