HELP ! upgrade hp compaq d530 memory

I am using windows xp prof, and have bought memory module KINGSTON KTC7494/512/2.5V - 512MB (2 slot) DDR-266/PC2100-ECC - DOUBLE SIDED, when I try to install them into my desktop hp d530 SFF, it rejected.
can I anyone help me to solve my problem ? thanks
