Go for it, mate. It has 8 layer PCB with Powerchip ICs. Should do up to 1250MHz on 5-7-7-22 or so. It's rated on 5-5-5-15@1066, but should do 4-4-4-12 on 1066Mhz if the volts are pushed upwards a bit.
However, compared to Mushkins, these are picky sticks like OCZ. They might not be compatible with certain boards such as the MSI P35 Platinum. Same goes for the OCZ Gold sticks, they won't work in Asus P965, either. Aside from the crappy compatibility, the sticks are seemingly quite great for their price.

Hey Python
Here are my Gskills that I have in my main rig.
They need 2.1v to pass memtest. The board would need a mod to the NB in order to push more volts than the 1.45v limit that is in BIOS but I am not too concerned. You got your self a nice set at a good price
I was thinking of getting the 1066 memory but after my prior testing with 800 vs 1066, I did not see enough of a difference to warrant a price premium at this time on my system (E6600, GA-EP35 board)... but there was enough of a difference going from 2GB to 4GB on all the OS testing I ran (XP, Vista x64, W7, Ubuntu 64bit).
