The only thing that you have to do for Dual Channel to work is
1: Your mother board supports Dual channel

2: The memory sticks match each other. I am not talking about the company that made the module but the timmingsand size (2x512). It does not matter the the actal chips on the module are different.

Just looked up your board and it does support Dual Channel andit can handel PC3200 memory.

What is the timings on your memory?

Have you checked out DFI-Street.com? This is a fourm just dealing with DFI MoBo and Seveal of the folks there are in the Tech support section for DFI. IF Angry_Games or Rgone replies They do know DFI MoBos becauses both work tech support.

As far as I know, even if the memory modules don't match it shouldn't crash your computer... dual channel mode simply shouldn'tt be enabled. Also, are you putting them in their correct memory slots to enable dual channel on your motherboard? Even if you weren't though, that shouldn't crash a thing...

I take it you're sure one of the modules simply isn't faulty?
