Comparing combo deals, is it worth it??

Comparing combo deals, is it worth it??

both of these combo deals have the motherboard that i NEED. one comes with ram that has 7-6-6-24 timing, and the other comes with ram that has 7-7-7-24 timing. the one with better timing is like $16 more. is it worth it?

EDIT: and one more thing, this is "OC" memory which means it is overclocked. is this a bad idea? has anyone had problems with this?

I would say NO
The first # is what really matters (cas latency)...the others you can tweak yourself....to make it the same
That is of coarse if your Powersupply can handle the extra draw
