samsung used to be the shit...but then they fucked their shit up...now almost all of the top manufactures use winbond chip.

Winbond makes the best chips out there. I am sworn to secrecy, but they make chips for what I believe is the fastest memory currently available. Really good shiet.

The chips are good, winbond BH-5 are some of the best. Who knows about the PCB though. Thats part of what makes corsair ocz and geil good ram. It takes both parts. Assuming that they did a decent job on it, its probably a fair deal. You'll never catch me buying cheapo ram off of ebay though. I only go there to scam people myself!!
