Wow.
It's a new, modern computer built into a classic C64 chassis. It looks like they've got an emulator suite to handle all the old Commodore software (or at least the cartridges) but for all intents and purposes, it's a commercially sold version of those C64 hacks we saw three or four years ago.
I'd like to see actual specs before purchasing one (that is, if I had $600 to spend), but I think it will sell.

Enable BSOD: Control Panel/Systems, Advanced Tab, hit the Settings button under Startup and Recovery, and under the System Failure area, uncheck the Automatically Restart checkbox.
