Intel quad Q6600 temperature questions

Hello everyone. I have an intel quad q6600 processor (B3 stepping --> on the intel site it sais 62.2 is the optimal CPU temperature, but it sais nothing about the core temperatures) and i have some questions regarding the optimal running temperature. While i am on the pc, doin' mostly nothing, listening to music etc., the core temperatures are as fallow : 61 (core #1), 59 (core #2), 52 (core #3)& 51 (core #4) and the CPU temperature (is this the temperature i should worry about? or also the 4 core's temps?) is 51 (degrees celsius). However, when i'm playing something, like lineage for example, the 4 core temperatures are these : 78,75,64 & 62, and the CPU temp is 62-64 degrees celsius.. Should i worry about the core's temperatures or i should just pay attention to the CPU temperature???? In short: is that good or bad? Thank you in advance !
I forgot to mention: i use everest ultimate edition for monitoring the temperatures.

ok so today i've remounted my CPU cooler. i cleaned the cpu with special solution, added a thin layer of akasa thermal paste and gave it a go. things have improved, now idle cpu cores temperatures are : 45,46,48,49. Should i worry anymore?

madhyena agrees: As long as your on-load temps are lower than 65C, no.
