E8400 on Asus P5E3 high Temp

hello

i have problem with temperature

i have
asus p5e3 motherboard
E8400 CPU
cpu cooler Asus silent knight (max speed 2300 rmp)
Video Asus geforce 8800 GTS 512 mb (g92 chip)
2x 1gb Transcend
cooler master case centurion 534 450w (real)
with 2x 120 cm cooler
(fan1 max speed 3000 rmp)
(fan2 max speed 1500 rmp)

1 mounth ago

cpu temp was always on 43
when i was playing crysis it sometimes was 45
mb temp was 32 and when i was playing it was like 37

but now
when i start computer
after 5 min
CPU temp is 43
MB temp is 42

when i start lineage2

cpu on 56
MB on 47

when i start crysis

CPU on 61
MB on 48

help?

i have warranty till september
but i dont whant to go to shop if its not unavoidable
thay are idiots
thay torture me 4 days when i was buying PC
